About this Event
This event is a $5 door entry for each individual 17yrs+, you can pay online or at the door upon entry. (PLEASE ensure you have correct money for the cost of your group for entry, as well as small change if you are wanting to participate in the Sweepstakes).
Prizes will be awareded for,
- Lucky Door Prize
- Best Dressed
- Best Facinator (Hat)
- Raffles
- Sweepstakes ($1, $2 & $5) tickets will be sold on the day
BINGO is also going to be running at the Hub from 11am & 1pm, the cost is $5 per session.
This event will provide throughout the day coffee and tea, light snacks and a cold collation light lunch.
To finish up on the day we will watch the Live Race on screen in the Main hall to cheer on, the horses, once winners have been idenitified we will then follow on by annoucments the sweepstake winners!!!
