Melanated Centered Awareness Meditation is a powerful 33 - minute online meditation practice rooted in awareness and presence, while also honoring and centering the experiences, perspectives, and cultural richness of melanated communities. This is a mindful practice that goes beyond traditional meditation by incorporating elements that speak to the heritage, history, and lived experiences of melanated individuals.
This mindfulness practice will contain elements of the following:
