Herzog's talk "From a Necessity Within My People: The Art of Elizabeth Catlett" will be in the Recital Hall of the Fine Arts Building and is free and open to the public. The museum will host a reception in the Sculpture Court at 5pm for visitors who wish to view the exhibition prior to the 6pm talk. This event is part of Ball State's Arts Alive Series, presented by the College of Fine Arts. The exhibition was organized by Landau Traveling Exhibitions in Los Angeles, California, and brought to Ball State University courtesy of the Friends of the David Owsley Museum of Art.
