Learn the art of the handmade dumpling with Mei Mei, a two-time winner of Boston’s Best Dumplings from Boston Magazine, hosted by our friends at Lamplighter Brewing Co.

This class covers everything you need to learn to make delicious dumplings, from hand-folding to learning a perfect pan-searing technique to creating your own dumpling sauce.
