Qawwali lovers if you thought we had forgotten about you, fiqar not- Pakistani Students Society is pleased to announce and invite you all to our long-awaited MEHFIL-E-QAWWALI for an enchanting and mystical night of soulful music ???
Qawwali is a devotional form of music, dating back to 13th-century South Asia. It revolves around the universal themes of love, peace, harmony, and compassion, bound to leave your thoughts provoked.
Join us for a night of cultural and spiritual enlightenment! Come along with your family and friends, everyone is welcome (ages 12+)!
In collaboration with IRC and PCA Calgary, this event will be in support of the Pakistan Flood Relief. 100% of the profits from the event will go towards the Pakistan Floods Appeal Fund; an initiative started by Islamic Relief Canada to help those who have been affected by the floods in the country. Help us raise our goal of $30K, and ease the lives of our beloved brothers and sisters back home ?
