The team at Haley Ward will share how you can leverage BIM and CAD solutions to organize facilities management data to comply with The Joint Commission and other mandates and provide examples that showcase how and where these could be best used during renovation and new construction projects to assist facility managers in effective time saving solutions

Lisa Beeler - Lisa Beeler has worked in the A/E/C industry in marketing and business development for over five years and will assist in moderating the discussion through her extensive interviewing and presentation skills.

Jason Bernier - Jason Bernier has over 25 years of experience in MEP, focusing on plumbing, process piping and fire protection, across 14 states in healthcare, criminal justice, government, and STM projects.

Rob Pearson - Rob Pearson has over 20 years as a facilities management professional and project team manager, with experience in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), preventive maintenance programs, clean and dry room systems, refrigeration systems, US FDA regulated manufacturing, and quality management systems.

Daniel Welch - Daniel Welch has gathered 25 years of Facilities project management, BIM, VDC, Reality Capture, UAS (drones), and general drafting experience through leading many complex projects in diverse sectors.

The front entrance to the building is located at 12 Mountfort street and there will be street parking available, but please plan for parking time accordingly. You will see a blue sign with Covetrus on the building and go through one of the four doors will lead you into the main lobby. Someone will meet you at the front desk to bring you to the room down the hall and on the right.
