MeggaXP is taking ACTION in response to the situation that happened on the east side of the state in late January / early February. We are hosting our "OPEN DOOR" horror show to the vendors who were displaced, shut-out, or left-out in the cold (literally) at that event, and are offering those vendors FREE spaces at this one-of-a-kind celebration of horror.This is NOT Blood Bash 2.0. There is no film festival, there is not a gaming room. This is designed STRICTLY for the vendors of all things horror and gore - especially those who were denied booths that were PAID FOR at a different event.
How Many Vendors Will Be There?
Well, there are 72 spaces, we know that. Some vendors may take up 1,2, or 3 spaces, but there are 72 spaces - no more, no less.
How much are booths for this event?
Well, hopefully $0 for all 72 spaces. If a vendor was displaced or left out of the show on the east side of the state, they will pay NOTHING to setup at this show. For the first 14 days these spaces are reserved EXCLUSIVELY for these vendors. If the spaces are not filled within 14 days, we will open it up to additional vendors at the rate of $50 for a 10 ft x 10 ft space.

For the first 14 days, ONLY those affected by the other show on the east side may apply - but you can apply at www.meggaxp.com/opendoor
How much are tickets to this event?
This event is BY DONATION for attendees. You can donate $1, $10, or whatever you want. Doing the right thing has no set price, so it's up for you to decide what you pay to come out and support these vendors. We have to pay for the operations of the facility, so we hope that the community will come together to cover our costs - but in the end it's a risk we're willing to take for these vendors!
