The longest living tribute to Dave Mustaine's MegadetH in the world has been working live since 2001 and has performed the MegadetH repertoire with passion and dedication for almost 25 years. With a multitude of shows to their name in Holland and abroad, MegasetH has earned its spurs extensively. In addition to individual shows, the band also regularly plays as part of a tribute band package: Tribute to The BIG 4, which has conquered many a concerthall and festival in the west of Europe.
MegasetH knows its classics; think of thrash-metal hits such as Peace Sells, Holy Wars, Symphony Of Destruction and Hangar 18. On top of that, they’re not afraid to pick out a few hidden treasures from MegadetH’s huge back catalog. The songs are thrown into the room with a lot of energy and technical ingenuity and the pleasure radiates from the band! Singer Marcel's voice sounds surprisingly similar to the gnarly sound of MegadetH mainman Dave Mustaine. Even mascot “Vic Rattlehead” can sometimes just show up during a show!
