*An Introduction to Self-Compassion*Join us Sunday February 15th from 1:30-2:30pm! Come learn the three components of Self-Compassion needed to bring our hearts, minds and bodies into coherence, fostering our highest self and greatest good. The participants will leave with a detailed handout with additional exercises to strengthen our ability to move through challenges with confidence and ease. Class will conclude with a short, guided meditation to promote healing and self-love.
Learn to practice grace and understanding to one's self in times of stress or upset, honoring our uniqueness and holding space for grace as we navigate this wild world we live in.
