This immersive sound bath combines the sacred essence of Blue Lotus Tea with the healing power of sound to help you quiet the mind, open the heart, and connect with your inner guidance
We’ll begin by sharing the Sacred Blue Lotus Flower, served as a ceremonial tea. Revered since ancient Egypt as a symbol of rebirth and spiritual awakening, Blue Lotus (Nymphaea caerulea) is often called the ‘gateway to the divine.’ It is said to gently open the third eye, enhance intuition, and expand inner vision
As you enter stillness, you’ll be gently guided to connect with your spirit guide, higher self, angels, ancestors, loved ones in spirit, or Source — whatever feels most aligned and comforting for you.
Through sound, intention, and relaxation, you’ll awaken your intuitive channels, dissolve energetic blocks, and access higher wisdom that exists beyond the physical realm. Allow yourself to trust your inner knowing and receive the messages meant for you

EVENT DETAILS & DIRECTIONS TO STUDIO:
Parking: There is free street parking
Entrance: From Hastings Street, Go up the stairs at ‘The Enterprise Center’ (to the left of ‘Anytime Fitness’, directly across the street from 'Green and Oak'), take your first left after the stairs, then walk straight down the hall to the studio on your right
WHAT TO BRING:
-Yoga mat (please contact us directly if you need to reserve one to rent)
-Blanket
-Pillow/cushion (recommended for extra comfort)
-Eye covering (optional)
-Wear comfy clothing
-Water
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We require at least 24 hours notice to receive a refund
*Please allow yourself extra time to find parking and arrive 10 minutes in advance to settle in. Doors open at 7:20pm. The session starts at 7:30pm and we cannot let you in once the sound bath has begun (No refunds or credits for latecomers).

Michelle Lindsay is a certified sound healer, Reiki Master, medium, spiritual mentor, and host of the podcast Spirit Scoop. She is passionate about guiding others to connect with their spirit team, develop their intuition, and explore their spiritual gifts. Through her sound baths, Michelle creates a safe and nurturing space for deep relaxation, energetic alignment, and personal insight, offering participants an experience that leaves them feeling balanced, inspired, and connected to their highest selves.
