Ready to kick off the New Year feeling confident, inspired, and supported? Meet Your Future Self is a welcoming, beginner-friendly event designed to help you set meaningful goals, connect with an empowering community, and take your first (or next) steps into pole fitness at Pole Fitness Kingston.

We’ll begin with a Goal-Setting Social, where you’ll meet other pole-curious folks, PFK instructors, and members of our vibrant community. You’ll be invited to fill out guided goal-setting cards to help clarify your intentions for the year ahead—whether that means trying pole for the first time, building strength, gaining confidence, or simply making time for joyful movement. This relaxed, judgment-free space is all about sharing intentions, making connections, and reminding yourself that you don’t have to chase your goals alone.

Next, it’s time to Strike a Pose! With guidance from instructors and encouragement from fellow attendees, you’ll choose confidence-boosting poses that feel authentic to you. We’ll cheer each other on, celebrate courage, and capture the moment as you step into your power. Each participant will receive one professionally edited photo of their choice, with the option to purchase additional images.

Finally, we’ll put in the work with an intro-friendly workshop that showcases everything Pole Fitness Kingston has to offer—strength, flexibility, flow, and fun. No experience needed, just curiosity and an open mind.
