Meet the Walkers: Walk With Us!

Meet the Walkers is a community initiative started by a group of longtime friends from Oakville, Ontario. Committed to strengthening community and exploring the beauty of our own backyards here in Canada, we aim to inspire Canadians to rise to the occasion and get walking.
With an outpour of support and requests to join along from locals and would-be walkers, we are partnering with Fort York Food Bank to use our walking platform to encourage community engagement and raise funds for this essential service.
The Walkers are hosting a Halloween fundraiser walk on October 25th, 2025, beginning at Vaughan Metropolitan Centre and ending at Fort York Food Bank. The community walk is open to any and all community members — please kindly fill out the form to sign up!
