This event is for preschoolers and their guardians to visit the Allegheny Observatory and learn about the moon through various moon and nature-based activities as well as viewing the moon through the telescope!
On this day the moon is visible during the daytime, making this a wonderful opportunity to see it in the morning rather than at night. The area with the telescope is open to the elements and will be just as cold as outside, and we will also be visiting the moon tree which is planted in front of the Observatory. So please dress for the weather!
