About this Event
Meet 17 Carmel-by-the-Sea artists and enjoy tasting local wines, craft beers, and light bites while strolling around the 5th annual "Meet the Makers" tour.
Stroll through charming downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea. Meet the artists who carry on the artist colony legacy and tour their galleries while sipping Monterey County wines and locally-made beers.
Proceeds from this event will go to support youth through the Youth Arts Collective and the Monterey Wines Scholarship Fund.

This event is a partnership between Visit Carmel, Carmel Art Walk, and Monterey County Vintners & Growers Association.
HOW IT WORKS:
1. The event begins at Devendorf Park this year. Check-in and pick up your wine glass and wristband.
2. Stroll through the streets of charming Carmel-by-the-Sea.
3. Explore galleries and meet the artists who carry on the legacy of Carmel-by-the-Sea as an artists' colony while enjoying and learning about locally grown and made wines and locally made craft beers. The $45 ticket price includes the wine and beer tasting.

ID Requirements/Age Limit: Must be 21 years of age with valid identification to taste wine at the event.
Strolling Event: This is a strolling event - walking from gallery to gallery through Carmel-by-the-Sea's charming and historic streets. Surfaces are uneven in Carmel-by-the-Sea.
Wine & Beer Consumption Only Allowed Inside Galleries: The law prohibits possessing and/or consuming an open container of alcohol on the street.
Ticket Transfers/Refunds: All ticket sales are final. Tickets are transferable. You may purchase for others and give them away if you cannot attend. Tickets are NONREFUNDABLE.
Intoxication: Due to the nature of this event and to maintain the safety of all guests, the MCVGA and individual wineries reserve the right to refuse service to an intoxicated guest. If this occurs, the intoxicated guest will NOT be entitled to a refund. Please drink responsibly and arrange for transportation.
Food: Any light refreshments served will not be enough for a meal. We highly recommend making dinner reservations and having at least a snack prior to the event.
Entrance Guidelines: Printed or digital copies of your ticket are required for entry. Your wristband must be intact to partake in the event. Registration will not check guests in twice if the wristband has been removed.
This event is on the Monterey Peninsula, close to Monterey, Pebble Beach, Carmel Valley, and Pacific Grove.
