Step into an unforgettable evening of culinary artistry and distilling excellence as The Westin Southlake proudly partners with Blackland Distillery to present "Meet The Makers" a six-course paired dinner experience hosted in the refined ambiance of Jellico’s Restaurant.
On September 18th at 6:30 PM, guests are invited to indulge in a curated culinary journey featuring bold dishes and bespoke spirit pairings, with the rare opportunity to hear directly from the minds behind the craft.
This exclusive event will feature:
🍽️A six-course tasting menu curated by Executive Chef Calisxta Reyes, showcasing seasonal ingredients and refined global inspiration.
*Featured dishes include Scallop Crudo, Duck Confit Croquette, Seared Sea Bass, Coffee-Crusted Beef Tenderloin, Dark Chocolate Tart, while cocktails include HHG Blackland Juniper & Spice Neat, Blackland Bourbon Peach Smash, “The Doc” Old Fashioned with HHG Blackland Barrel-Rested Gin, and Blackland Texpresso Neat.
