Calling all coffee lovers and the caffeine curious for a chill conversation with Paul Gallegos of Cutbow Coffee. With over 30 years of roasting acumen, Paul’s artisanal, old-school method incorporates a full-sensory approach that is calibrated for New Mexico’s dry climate. He will share his extensive knowledge of the history of coffee and coffee roasting, along with a deep dive into the development and characteristics of our own Campo Blend. Paul worked closely with our culinary team to develop the fresh-roasted coffee that is served daily at Campo and across Los Poblanos.Tickets are $15 and include a coffee-based cocktail and coffee-tasting samples to accompany the talk.
