This 4 course dinner and Garrison Brothers presentation will start with a whiskey maple smoked salmon spread paired with a smoked maple peach old fashioned, followed by an endive and apple salad with crushed walnuts and a whiskey orange dressing, a 4 oz. lobster tail smothered in langustino butter and 6 oz. tenderloin with a port wine demi-glace and paired with a Garrison Brothers Whiskey flight for the main entree, and we will finish with a whiskey infused crème brûlée paired with a classic whiskey sour.
