Diaz has worked as both a producer and a television and film executive throughout her career, at companies including DISNEY, HBO and ABC TELEVISION. Diaz was Vice President for Walt Disney Motion Picture Production, overseeing live-action feature development and production for the studio. Diaz hails from the Washington, DC area and holds a BA from the University of Virginia, where she served on the Alumni Association Board of Managers.
