We gather for a discussion and guided experience to awaken us on the path to a deeper understanding and embodiment of our Feminine Energy. This event is for both men and women who are interested in playfully exploring healthy feminine energy, what qualities and functions of the feminine are. In a world where there has been so much oppression, chronic stress, overwhelm, and chronic “dis-ease”, we will activate our feminine aspects to create internal shifts of awareness with the intention of creating a more harmonious and resilient feminine-masculine world.Participants will leave with practical tools and daily life rituals to bring more of the sacred feminine energy to every day life and in order to thrive in relationships.
Teacher: Mindset, Energy Coach Michelle Alva has a background in physical therapy, hypnosis, NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), Time Dynamics®, tantra, integrative yoga therapy, sound healing, PSCYH-K®, mindfulness-based meditation, belly dance, and shamanism.
