About the Speaker
Keiran Russell is the Chief Operations Officer at Welsh ICE. He looks after partner relationships and is always looking for opportunities to work with like-minded and ambitious organisations to better support local businesses.
Alongside his role at Welsh ICE, Keiran has a background in business development and technology, having launched his first SaaS business at 22 after studying Computer Science at Aberystwyth University. He also brings experience in community development through his leadership roles in Esports Wales and other alumni ventures.
