Marilyn Satin Kushner, Ph.D. is curator and head, Department of Prints, Photographs, and Architectural Collections at New-York Historical. She has mounted more than 70 exhibitions, including Running for Civil Rights: The New York Pioneer Club, 1936-1976(2023); The Art of Winold Reiss: An Immigrant Modernist(2022); Freedom Journey 1965: Photographs of the Selma to Montgomery March by Stephen Somerstein (2015); The Armory Show at 100: Modern Art and Revolution(2013); and Digital: Printmaking Now (2001).
