Meet the Candidates: Knox County Republican Primary Q&A
Join us for an exciting opportunity to hear from candidates participating in the Knox County Republican Primary! This free, in-person event will take place at the Woodward Opera House on Tuesday Feb. 20, 2024 at 6:00 PM.
This Q&A session, moderated by Knox Pages staff members, will allow you to gain insights into candidates' visions for our community, understand their policies and make an informed decision on election day.
We'll start at approximately 6 p.m. and interview candidates running for the following offices.
- Knox County Commissioner 1st seat: Thom Collier, Bob Phillips, Dendra Keese
- Knox County Commissioner 2nd seat: Scott Zimmerman, Jennifer Snow, Barry Lester, Jeff Harmer
- Knox County Treasurer: Connie Durbin, Amber Keener
- Knox County Sheriff: Will Shaffer, Dan Weckesser, Wayne Noggles
Following the Q&A, candidates will stick around for a meet-and-greet from 8:30 to 9 p.m. Light refreshments will be available at this time.
