You are invited to attend the Meet the Candidate Night for Ward 2, to be held on Historic Main Street.This event is intended to provide Ward 2 residents and business owners the opportunity to hear directly from candidates, learn more about their priorities, and ask questions in a community-focused setting.

Candidates will be given the opportunity to tell us about themselves and what they plan to accomplish. We will be calling on attendees to offer thoughtful, constructive questions.

Pictures and Biographies will be in the discussion.
Purpose
This town hall provides Ward Two residents the opportunity to hear directly from the candidates, understand their priorities, and ask thoughtful, issue-focused questions.
Event Format
• Moderator-led discussion
• Equal time for all candidates
• Audience questions submitted in advance on 3×5 cards
• Questions may be grouped or rephrased for clarity and neutrality
Audience Participation Guidelines
• One question per 3×5 card
• Questions should focus on Ward Two issues or city governance
• Not all questions may be asked due to time limits
• Please refrain from interruptions or commentary during candidate responses
• Hold applause until designated breaks
Candidate Guidelines
• Equal time will be enforced for all responses
• Candidates should address issues, not other candidates
• Personal attacks and direct rebuttals are not permitted
• The moderator may interrupt to maintain timing and fairness
