We are super excited to announce that our NEXT Meet the Brewer Night will be with Simon Nicholas from Hop Federation Brewery based in Riwaka. Formerly from Auckland, Simon left the big city in 2013 and headed to Hop Country to chase his dream of owning his own brewery and making beers he is proud of. Well, over the last 13 years Simon has certainly done that and so much more. Here at the Hop House we have been stocking Simon's beer since the get go and finally we have convinced him to make the trek up north for a tasting that we are sure you will remember for a very long time. Simon will showcase 6 of his favourite beers while telling the story of his journey and what it is like living in the middle of NZ's hop heaven.
