About this Event
Marking both National Poetry Day and Black History Month, join local author Hannah Stanislaus in celebrating the launch of their new poetry anthology, Extremely Aggressive, Uneducated & Rough. Hannah (They/Them) was born and raised in Tooting/Balham. After time as a local Councillor and deciding politics wasn’t for them, they attended a poetry open mic night in December 2021. Just 6 months later, Hannah is a published poet with a 5-year book deal. They are the creator of ‘Lost Souls’ poetry show, which has just completed a highly successful run in the Wandsworth Arts Fringe. Hannah will read from their anthology, followed by a book singing and an opportunity to purchase the anthology. Free, no booking required. Call 020 8877 1742 for more information.
