This is a free event, including an educational talk that is designed to introduce homeschool families to diverse career paths beyond traditional academic routes. Our guest speaker and local author, Lee-Lee, will share her personal journey of writing and publishing a short book series. She will briefly discuss the process of developing ideas, bringing them to life on the page, and navigating the publishing world.
Attendees will have the opportunity to hear excerpts from her work, ask questions about the realities of authorship, and gain insight into how passion and discipline can shape a fulfilling career.
The series is geared towards pre-teens and teenagers. The first chapter will be read and includes character building.
