About this Event
Join us for a Zoom discussion with Marty Thompson Arnold, author of Charotte’s Crossing. The novel, quoted by Doug Tallamy, as “one of my all-time favorite books” is a blend of captivating fiction and native plant connections. Arnold is a Master Naturalist and an active member in Michigan in her local chapter of Wild Ones, a national organization dedicated to habitat restoration and “healing the earth one yard at a time.” Arnold, a former journalist, teacher and magazine editor, tends a large native garden at her home and is rewilding several acres of lawn into the oak savannah and woodland it once was.
