The historic Huntington Chapel, in the heart of Green Lawn Cemetery, is undergoing an exciting renaissance. Award winning artist, Michael Dickinson, has been a special part of this renewal, having spent last year painting a new landscape mural onsite.Meet Michael and help us dedicate his splendid new work - an artistic expression of serenity that projects warmth and beauty into this timeless sanctuary.

About the Artist: Michael Dickinson, a native of Marietta, Ohio and life-long muralist, studied at Marietta College. His paintings offer a unique perspective of current and past times. His works adorn homes and public places alike, including Giant Eagle, Caffe DaVinci in Upper Arlington, and The Ohio State University. Michael is a former designer at Fenton Art Glass, and his lamps are traded by collectors. He is also known for the Columbus Ohio Union Station painting & lithographs.
Opened in 1902, the Huntington Chapel at Green Lawn Cemetery has served as a place of peace, reflection, and sanctuary to generations of families. It is adorned by Tiffany & Co stained glass windows and a soon-to-be-restored Tiffany & Co. glass dome.
