Friday, July 26th, 2024 (Pueblo, CO)
FREE Day Pass to Level Up Cowork and Creation Center for all attendees to take part in mindfulness classes, cowork and play. (102 Oneida St. Pueblo, CO 81003. Open 9 am to 6 pm)
3:00 - 5:00 pm: Optional, but encouraged Flow Session and Fear Transmutation playshop by Doe Renee to learn the Flow technique ahead of time and to be real about our fears and apprehensions for the skydive. Transform those fears into power with a simple breathing and affirmation technique! It is encouraged to stay the night in Pueblo on Friday 7/26 and also Saturday 7/27. (Lodging is not included, Airbnb is a great option! Meral may have connections for people to stay with as well.)
Saturday, July 27th, 2024 (Penrose and Pueblo, CO)
7:30 am: Meet at High Sky Adventures in Penrose, CO - Text Meral for more information and to carpool (719-248-9554)
Wear fitness clothes.
8:00 - 10:30 am: Transform your reality through a life changing experience of SKYDIVING! Our focus will be increasing our sense of VITALITY AND ALIVENESS and also finding gratitude for life through taking risk. We will flow through movement and writing before and after jumping.
(Tandem jumps. Photo/Video not included, though you may upgrade on site if you choose.)
Travel to Pueblo
11:15 am - 12:30 pm: Lunch at Fuel and Iron Food Hall, with locally sourced ingredients. ($15 gift card included for all participants to use toward lunch)
Walk or Drive to Level Up Cowork and Creation Center
1:00 pm - 4:00 pm: Afternoon of Playshops by Kelsey of Amplify Artists Movement and Doe Renee of ACA Publishing in the topics of finding Flow, Connection with Self, writing our short 5 page chapters for the book, and capturing our elation and gratitude for life on camera for the mini-documentary.
FREE GIFT: Flow Journal by Doe Renee and one 10 pack of Flow Sessions in person/online after retreat
Time for breaks in the Zen Zone and time for journaling and relaxing on your own will be scheduled in this time.
Snacks and drinks will be provided during this time. Fridge and kitchen are available for those with restrictions or a desire to have their own food/snacks.
4:00 - 4:44 pm: Optional Presence Walk to the nearby Riverwalk (natural section) to be in nature and Cold Plunge.
5:00 - 7:30 pm: Time on our own to reset and get dinner on our own or in groups. (There is one shower available as needed at Level Up.)
7:30 pm - 10:00: Level Up Open Mic with Vitality Bar and Musical Guests (open to the public)
Optional: Perform at the Open Mic!
