He’ll discuss the characteristics, cultivation environments, and flavor profiles of Arabica and Robusta beans while correcting common misconceptions about coffee.

About Pietro Comino
Pietro's family immigrated from Italy. Following a 10 year stint in Ottawa's tech sector, Pietro decided to follow his passion for artisanal coffee by creating an "Italian" coffee that is made locally. He created Francesco's Coffee Company Inc. to make this coffee using traditional Italian recipes and techniques. Pietro's expertise in coffee roasting, café operations, and the technical know-how of espresso machines places him as a leading expert in the coffee industry.
