About this Event

Casey Trees is a nonprofit working to restore, enhance, and protect the urban tree canopy of Washington, DC.

As part of our Meet in Your Park event series, we will be meeting residents at various Department of Parks and Recreation locations to talk about our mission, our tree planting programs, and teach locals about the basics of tree identification!

Stop by and chat with a staff member about planting trees at your home, local faith group, or community organization, or sign up for our newsletter, The Leaflet. We will be hosting activities to learn tree ID basics, youth activities like tree bingo, and handing out swag to Leaflet subscribers.
