Come join us for a special event at Books on Third where you can meet and chat with local author, Walter Rodriguez.
Dr. Walter Rodriguez is the author of AI Survival Guide and a professor at Ave Maria University. A recipient of the Harvard Foundation Medal for his notable contributions to American science and engineering, Dr. Rodriguez brings decades of expertise at the intersection of technology, innovation, and education.
With over 24 years of experience as a founding professor and chair at Florida Gulf Coast University’s Lutgert College of Business, he has led major research initiatives sponsored by the Department of Defense and the National Science Foundation. A former tenured professor at the Georgia Institute of Technology and Berger Chair at Tufts University, Dr. Rodriguez has published more than 120 peer-reviewed papers and developed numerous online certification programs in analytics, business, and project management.
In addition to his academic work, he is an AI contracting consultant, advising construction companies on integrating AI into their operations, and currently serves as Director of World-Wide Strategic Initiatives and Research Outreach at Adaptiva Corp.
