This has been a dream in the making!
I’ve been a huge fan of Alfredo Garcia, @freddsters , for years! Like so many of us, I found comfort in his delicious recipes and fun personality during the pandemic. His energy, heart, and sazón got us through some tough times.
So when I saw he was publishing a cookbook, I knew I had to shoot my shot.
I slid into his DMs and asked if he’d ever consider coming to Corpitos… and well, the rest is history.
We can't wait! We'll see you there.
