Meet the Greatest Of All Time at W**d eating – the City of Red Deer’s Goats! Catch them in all their grazing greatness, while learning about The City’s W**d control program and how these all stars are crushing the competition (aka invasive weeds) in ecologically-sensitive areas in our parks and green spaces. Fans are invited to a meet and bleat with their favourite MVPs, like Wayne Goatzky, Simone Baaahiles, Billie-Goat King, Tiger Hoofs, and Serena Wooliams.
You’ll also have a chance to meet with our G.O.A.T. Herders, Janette and Dan, and City Parks team to learn more about the W**d management program and the positive impacts of the Goat Program.
A few notes:
- To keep everyone safe and comfortable, please leave pets at home
- This event will run rain or shine
- Yes! You can pet a few of the goats!
