The afternoon will begin with a mediumship demonstration, allowing spirit to bring forward guidance, reassurance, and messages for those present. We will then move into a calming meditation to help you ground, clear your energy, and connect inward.
As the 1st of the month marks a fresh beginning, you will be guided through intention setting for the weeks ahead, with time for reflection and writing to help you consciously choose what you wish to invite into your life moving forward.
This is a space to slow down, reset, and align with both spirit and your own inner guidance.
