Mediterranean Tuna Salad with Beans, Red Onion and Lemon
Asparagus Tarte, with Fontina and Comte on a flaky pastry
Chicken “aux fine herbes” for the Grill: this chicken is bursting with flavors!
Polenta Almond Cake, served with summer fruit: The soft flavour of naturally buttery almonds makes it a perfect finish to pair with dessert or sparkling wines.
$109+ gst per person (please purchase one ticket per attendees)

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Chefs will try to accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions if given 72 hours notice. Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern.
