From Spain to Italy, France to Greece, the countries along the Mediterranean produce some of the world’s most iconic cheeses. This guided tasting is your opportunity to journey across this region by sampling unique cheeses and perfectly paired wines, from crisp whites to bold reds. With a Murray’s expert, you’ll learn what these deliciously diverse culinary areas have to offer and leave with a better understanding of how terroir influences flavor and pairing potential.
A portion of proceeds from Pride weekend classes will be donated to The Ali Forney Center

In-person classes take place in the classrooms located at our Bleecker Street store. Our classrooms are located upstairs and downstairs at our venue and are therefore not wheelchair accessible.
