About this Event
With over 20 years of musical experience around the world, a degree in Music Performance and a Diploma in Wellness and Relaxation, I have crafted an experience that drops you so deep into relaxation that your body and mind surrender, granting you access to subconscious information and greater embodiment.
Lavender is unique among adaptogenic medicines like Maca and Ashwagandha because it's effects can be felt almost immediately instead of cumulatively over weeks or months. Some if it's properties are anxiolytic(stress management), sedative(muscle relaxing), antispasmodic(spasm reducing), reduces hair loss, mood enhancing and there are many more. These are some of the reasons I have chosen to work so closely with Lavender in my Sound Baths.
I created this evening of deeply moving musical vibrations, plant medicine, aromatherapy and progressive muscle relaxation- so you can experience deep peace, detach from stress, perfectionism, stimulation and being stuck in fight/flight/freeze mode.
You will be enveloped in the sounds of many of the following: my voice, crystal singing bowls, celtic harp, handpan, guitar, medicine drum, First Nations/Mayan Flutes, pūrerehua and other ancient percussive instruments.
Drink in the Lavender medicine, snuggle up with your blankets and pillows. Drift through the healing vibrations and the scents. Bath in deep peace head to toe and leave with a new baseline for relaxation you'll long to experience over and over.
