About this Event
Explore your innate rhythm during this Soul shifting journey meant to awaken and realign your body on a cellular level. Deonna will guide you through a yogic practice, beginning with an oracle reading, aromatherapy, meditation, and breathwork that opens the energetic channels to Spirit and self. Then moving into asanas that energize and strengthen the physical body, while grounding and connecting you to Pachamama. Movement turns to stillness during savasana where integration allows for union of mind, body, and Spirit. After our yoga practice comes to an end we will join in circle and ceremony with Tom for a shamanic energy clearing ritual using different plants and sacred smoke. Connecting to guides and ancestors while clearing dense matter from the auric field, our hearts have begun to open to the creation and healing of sound through the use of drums and other instruments. Drumming is woven with spiritual story telling of Tom's journey as a shaman in training with plant medicine, working with indigenous healers in Peru and Ecuador. Basking in this blissful, supportive spiritual community as you discover the symphony that your Soul is capable of creating.
Beginner to advanced yogis are welcome.
