You might be wondering — what is a Mandala?Traditionally, Mandalas are circular designs featuring repeating, symmetrical patterns and are regarded as sacred symbols. In Sanskrit, mandala means “sacred centre” or “circle.” Throughout history, Mandalas have been used in ceremonies, rituals, and meditation practices. Today, they also appear in modern contexts — as decorative art, on clothing, in tattoos, and even in adult colouring books.
During this workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to create your own unique Mandala using a variety of materials such as leaves, pebbles, rhinestones, beads, fabric, acrylic paint, and dotting tools.
To help you connect with your own sacred centre, the two-hour session will begin with gentle breathwork and a short mindfulness exercise. From there, you’ll be guided to explore your creativity as you design your personal Mandala.
All materials, snacks and drinks, are included. No prior experience is required.
