You might ask – what is a Mandala? Mandalas are typically circles with repeating symmetrical shapes, and are considered a sacred symbol. In Sanskrit, mandala translates to “sacred center” or “circle.” They are traditionally used in everything from ceremonies to meditation practices. Nowadays, you may also see them as decor, printed on clothing, or even tattooed as well as in colouring books for adults.During this workshop you will have the opportunity to create your own Mandala out of different materials, such as leaves, pebbles, rhinestones and beads, fabric, acrylic paint, dotting art ...
To help you find your sacred center, this two-hour session will start with some breathwork and an awareness exercise as you continue to explore your creative spirit whilst designing your Mandala.
All materials, snacks and drinks, will be provided.
No skills are required.
