Mindful Walking, Mondays at the Mall. What a great way to hone your Mindfulness Practice. Walking meditation can help with focus, depression, and anxiety.
Believe it or not, the buzz and energy of a mall can enhance our focus and ability to get into this altered peaceful state important to our wellbeing. A multi-sensory focus makes meditation more accessible and interesting. Whether you're still learning or wanting to create a stronger habit, we will focus on our breath, the movement of our body, the sights, the sounds, the beautiful scents in our environment.

Let's break up the cabin fever and beat the winter blues. Nurturing this other state of mind brings joy to our soul and resets our nervous system. Combined with exercise and great conversation it doesn't get better than this ☕☺️
