Meditative Yoga is a yoga practice that follows the 8 limbs of yoga. The idealy of meditative yoga is to combine the mind with the body by observing the body and our breathe while we practice asanas, therefore each asana activates each chakra to move the energies of the chakras and Prana to flow freely then the process of purification the mind and body happen within.The session of meditative Yoga starts with Vipassana meditation then practices breathing and moves on to practice asanas or yoga postures and completes our practice with Meta- meditation to share our purest love energy from the Heart Chakra.
