You've been looking for ways to s l o w things down...
So, I'm inviting you to arrive as you are & join me for a casual evening of meditative art making.
Guests will be guided on an open eye meditation using a finger labyrinth to help center themselves and connect with their non-judgmental creative side, before beginning their projects!

✨Optional Add-On: There will be a sign-up sheet for 10min Reiki Sessions the night of the event. ($15). Cash or Venmo accepted.
What will we be making?
Please feel free to make what's in your heart or use one of the project guides provided for you. These guides will have a meditation theme that can be used in your own mindfulness practice.
