Have you ever tried to meditate but didn't know how to start? Maybe you started but it didn't seem to work for you? This 4 part meditation course with psychic/medium, Ken Boggle, will give you a solid foundation of why and how we can meditate along with offering different styles of meditation to find what best resonates with you. The end goal is learning how to find inner peace with a good meditation practice! Four month curriculum will look like this:
1. Basics to Meditation
2. Mantra Meditations
3. Mindfulness/Walking Meditations
4. Visual Meditations
