Welcome to Meditation with the Horses! Join us on Thursday, September 11th from 7:00-8:30pm at Smiling Faces Equestrian for a unique and calming experience. Connect with nature and find inner peace as you meditate alongside our gentle, rescue horses. Located at 2677 Audley Road, Ajax, ON, our serene setting provides the perfect backdrop for relaxation. Release stress, improve mindfulness, and bond with these majestic animals. No prior meditation or horse experience necessary-- just come with an open mind and heart. This event is hosted by Stable Works, an equine assisted learning company that specializes in team building, special events, school groups, and personal development. Stable Works owner, Laura Boyko, is a certified equine facilitator through Dreamwinds Equine Learning, holds a Master in Education-Leadership, has taught for over 20 years in college/university classes, and has led over a dozen teams in her career.
Laura always has additional trained co-facilitators at each event to assist participants with any questions or concerns you may have.
