Welcome to the Meditation with Crystal Reiki Workshop.
Join Allana for a transformative experience with Meditation and Crystal Reiki. This small group workshop will guide you through the powerful combination of guided meditation and crystal reiki, helping you to find balance and harmony in your mind, body, and spirit.
Discover the healing properties of crystals and learn how to incorporate them into your meditation practice with each participant receiving a reiki infused crystal tumble gift. Throughout the session, you will be given a group reiki energy healing to nourish and balance the energetic body and help clear block or stagnant energy. Essential oils will fill the air and help guide you into an even deeper practice.
We will end the session with a third space tea ritual and self care card readings.
Whether you're new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, this workshop is perfect for anyone looking to deepen their connection to themselves and the world around them.
Private Mini Crystal Reiki Sessions:
A limited number of 15 minute private crystal reiki sessions will be available before & after the workshops for $30. Upon booking your place into the workshop, you will receive an email invitation to book a private session if you wish.

About Allana:
Allana is a Spiritual Practitioner who is a certified Usui Reiki Master Practitioner and Crystal Energy Healer, as well as a mindfulness and meditation teacher.
She is also a Yoga Alliance RYT 200hr yoga teacher, with additional certifications in Yin, Pregnancy & Kids yoga.
Her passion is to blend these skills and knowledge to bring you restorative meditation, reiki and crystal energy healing practices to enhance your holistic wellbeing.
