Let the serene surroundings inspire you as you embark on a peaceful walk and then unleash your artistic side with a nature-themed creation. This event is the perfect opportunity to relax, recharge, and tap into your inner creativity. Don't miss out on this unique experience with Inter-Arts Founder & Director Fiona Pattison.

About your host - Creative Practitioner, Fiona has been working holistically since she was a teenager and loves connecting to nature, in her art and her practice. Walking meditation is a form of mindfulness that combines the physical act of walking with the quiet focus of meditation. It's a great way to connect with nature, clear your mind, and improve your overall well-being.

Join Fiona on this wonderful walk, we will start at Everybody Arts as a meeting point at 1pm and then we will go for a lovely Meditation Walk, please bring waterproofs, a bag for water/journal/sketchbook/pencils etc..

'On our walk, we will be paying attention to our feet touching the ground, the rhythm of our breath and the movement of our body. The sounds, sights and smells around us, noticing the trees, the wildlife, and the smell of the flowers and plants, keeping fully present in nature and where we are. We will be gathering some of nature's offerings and treasures, to take back and create some magic, back at the art school at Everybody Arts.

This is a wonderful experience and remember the joy of a meditation walk, is not to get somewhere, but to be fully present in the moment. '
