Our meditation classes on Monday evenings (7 – 8.15pm) are suitable for everyone, but are particularly helpful for those interested in learning more about Buddhist meditation and practice.Each class is self-contained and on a drop-in basis, but attending the whole course may help in gaining a deeper understanding of the practice.

In this six week course we will explore everything we need to cultivate and maintain a peaceful mind, including a comprehensive explanation of how everyone can establish a successful meditation practice.
This series of meditation classes is suitable both for those new to Buddhist meditation and those more familiar with the practice.

During the class there is an opportunity to ask questions and you are welcome to stay afterwards for refreshments.
The classes are offered in-person on Monday evenings at 7pm at KMC Nottingham, Gedling House and available as a livestream to members.
