Course Format..
- This course structure has been developed to encompass all the learning of this already established Meditation Teacher Training taught in India and the UK since 2019, with the full course content, support and guidance that enables you to achieve Professional Accredited Meditation Teacher Training Certification, quality in person training but also with flexibility to gain practice and discover resources online within the High Dimension® Portal (a private sacred teaching space - within Tracee's Academy) to support your teacher training journey and your future students. You will be learning 'Ancient Techniques & New Vibration Awareness'. This format allows for freedom of learning both in person and self paced, whilst completing your Meditation Teacher Training Certification to a high standard of authentic teachings.
Start ONLINE Sunday 1st June 2025 with a LIVE session and introduction with Tracee in the morning. (10am - 12noon)
Work at your own pace through the course that week with online support and then attend 3 days training in North Devon on the Friday 6th - Sunday 8th June 2025 - held at Chi - Mind, Body & Spirit | EX37 9BB
Continue then to work at your own pace with support & mentoring until completion date - 30th June 2025
Certification for Insurance purpose for you to teach others meditation, hold space and bring inner peace to both yourself and your students. This training is a journey inwards to bring enlightenment through self inquiry & Himalayan mediative practices.

In this unique course I offer a blend of Himalayan ancient sacred practices, as well as new vibration meditation, with conscious Intuitive High Dimension Teachings.
You will also learn how to hold space for movement with joints and glands, meditation yoga asanas and steps to support meditation practice and bring calm and assist the central nervous system.
From Pranayama breath work which is an advance technique, mudra, mantras and explore many methods of meditation including guided, chakra, vipassana, yoga nidra, tantra, kundalini (and several more..) which are ultimately tools used, to bring you back to your core practice of stillness.
The knowledge shared and practical experience you will receive within this course takes you beyond your comfort zone but initiates growth and natural ascension, spiritual and personal development.
